12 month minimum lease, starting at
$800 (2 bedroom 1/2 bath)
$1000 (2 bedroom 2 bath)
No Public Financial Assistance accepted.
Security Deposit
Security Deposits equivalent to one month rent
Pet Fee
No pet deposit needed. Aggressive breeds are not accepted.
Maintenance
Skilled Professional Maintenance Staff available 24 hours for all maintenance emergencies.
